Egg rice – 6+ months

Ingredients:

1. Egg – 1

2. Rice – 1/4 cup

3. Salt as reqd

4. Ghee – 1/2 tsp

Method:

1. Boil the egg n seperate the yellow yolk.

2. Break the yellow yolk into fine pieces with a spoon.

3. In a bowl, smash the rice n add salt n ghee to it.

4. Then add the smashed yellow yolk n blend it together with the rice.

5. Serve it with or without seasoning.
