Egg Masala – 1

This is one of all-time favorites n I experimented it on my own one day and thatz how this recipe was born. Eash n Yuv freaks on it. Very good combo with veg biriyani or sambar or chappathi..

Required:

Boiled Eggs : Sliced into halves

Onion : thinly sliced

Ginger Garlic paste : 2 – 3 tblsp

Kuruma masala/

Chicken masala : 1 tblsp

Chilli Powder : ½ tsp

Coriander Powder : ½ tsp

Salt to taste

Oil as reqd

Method:

  1. Pour oil in the pan. Splutter lil mustard seeds , Sauté the onions until it becomes transparent.
  2. Add all other ingredients except the eggs. Sauté a while. add ¼ cup of water and allow it to be sim until all water evaporates n water seperates.
  3. Now add the halved eggs and mix such that the gravy is coated on both sides of the egg..
  4. Remove from fire n garnish with coriander leaves,if u wish
  5. Serve hot.
